Happy hump day,

I thought we would take a break from all the beauty love so I give you guys some time to shop, lol. Working out always seems like such a burden when you start and most of the time I believe it is because we start working out when its too late or when we really have to. I believe, working out should be a part of everyone’s daily life. A work isn’t meant to be hell, we make it so by setting impossible goals for ourselves.

I am sure from the heading and the first paragraph you’re already rolling your eyes thinking; its nothing you heaven’t heard before.

You’ve watched the YouTube Video’s on , ” The perfect work out plan”

You’ve read it in glamour, GQ, Women/ Men’s Health, ” The one secret you need to lose weight”.

Do indulge me though and keep reading. I am not here to share another diet, or quick fix, I am just here to share what I  have learnt over the years, trying to lose weight, tone up and all that business.

I have learnt the best way to start or put together a routine is to put one together that you are going to follow through with. There a work out plan out there that was put together by the world’s best Mad Scientists, and even if there was one it wouldn’t work unless you FOLLOWED THROUGH.

If you want to put together a plan that is going to work it should have the TRIFORCE of any perfect workout

HAPPY : make sure you choose something that you are going to enjoy, if you’re a swimmer them choose a work out that you can do whilst swimming and if you’re short distance runner try HIIT workouts

By choosing to do something you love you are most likely going to stick to it. If you are going to always come close to tears before a work out you might have change out the routine. By doing something you love you are bound to push yourself and stay positive.

HEALTHY : I am advocate for self love. I believe people should love their bodies with every scar on it. I believe that health is important as well, this ultimately means I believe we cant all have Nicki’s  Ass but we can do out best to be healthier. to switch refined food for unrefined food. to eat a fruit a day and to drink a minimum of 2 litres of water too.

By changing up the small things, the journey to healthier becomes easier. Remember its a journey, you don’t have to do it all in one day. Give yourself time and cut yourself some slac

STICK TO IT : Keep going even if some people don’t see the change its about you. Its about feeling better, feeling , stronger, sane and its all about being positive.

The results will be you will:

I hope this has been helpful, remember to stick to it and to do what you love.
