Best Of Beauty: Bath & Body Edition

BEST OF THE BEST

As promised I am here to share the ‘Best of Beauty’ Bath & Body products I absolutely loved in 2016. My bath and body favourites have really changed from the  ‘Best Of Beauty 2015 – Bath & Body’ blog post‘. I really put myself out there in 2016 and tried out new products. I tried not to limit myself to my beloved Oh So Heavenly & Sorbet bath and body products. Choosing just a few favourites after trying all those amazing 2016 releases was just such a task. Whenever I go through my collection to choose these my room looks a mess. Like a vortex opened up in the middle of it, lol.

Bath &  Lotion time has to be my favourite time of the day, I work from home okay, don’t judge there isn’t much action happening. Before I drive you all crazy with my yip yapping let’s jump right into it. Grab your poison of choice (wine, coffee, tea) and let’s do this.

BEST OF BEAUTY 2016: Bath & Body Edition

Purely Pampering Coconut Milk With Jasmine Petals Body Wash ♥ R38.55

To me there is nothing more relaxing like a creamy relaxing body wash with intoxicating fragrance. I wrote a review on the Dove Purely Pampering   body washes here , go take a peak. I spend a lot of time with my glasses on looking at a screen all day, this body was is relaxing and sweet. It creates a thick & creamy lather, almost like washing your body with a mixture of soap and a body lotion – it feels both luxurious and very moisturizing. The coconut scent is not overpowering and the jasmine scent gives just the right touch of sweet. I am featuring this in my bath & Body edition because I am sure the next time you are making your dischem and clicks runs it will find itself in your shopping basket

Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Rapid Moisture ♥ R39.95

We all have those days, after a relaxing shower when moisturizing feels like a chore, his rapid spray makes moisturizing quick and easy. The hot and sometimes humid Port Elizabeth weather can be extra. Having a light weight, fast absorbing moisturizer makes all the difference. I am so happy these didn’t disappoint, I featured them in my skincare haul video . The Palmer’s Rapid Moisture sprays are like peanut butter, you will either hate them or love them. They have a very strong cocoa butter scent. They feel soft on the skin and moisturise without clogging your pores or feeling heavy.

Marc Anthony Oil Of Morocco Dry Body Oil ♥ R129.95

I have to be the first to admit that this body oil is kinda pricey but it’s so worth the packaging it’s in. The Marc Anthony Oil Of Morocco Dry Body Oil is another light weight, non-greasy hydrating moisturizer. The oil trend has been around for a while now and I understand why. You can feel this oil heal your skin. This right here ladies and gentlemen is gold in a bottle. My skin feels great after applying this. I have dry skin on the rest of my body. I think my face sucks oils from it, lol. The Marc Anthony Oil Of Morocco Dry Body Oil has Shea Butter, Aloe Vera and argan oil.

Marc Anthony Oil Of Morocco Body Butter  ♥ R99,99

I go a little over the line when it comes to my bath and body product purchases, I know. I can’t help it though, it comes with the blogging territory. The Marc Anthony Oil Of Morocco Dry Body Butter has a lot going for it. It has the most beautiful ad luxurious feel on the skin. It feels lightweight on the skin and absorbs really fast.  There’s nothing like still feeling greasy 20 minutes after you have applied your body lotion (especially during the Port Elizabeth Summer).  Blegh!  This formula is suitable for all skin types, and will get rid of any dry or ashy areas on the body because it contains vitamin E and aloe Vera.

I hope you enjoyed my roundup of all my favourite bath & body products for 2016 – If I am being honest there were probably another handful of products that I could have mentioned but I decided to feature only my holy grail favourites.

Keep and eye out for my Makeup favourites for 2016, I am extremely excited about these.
