Hey I’m trying this diet and I’m only on day 5,I tried to go for a jog on day 2 and my body completely failed me I was weak and my knees were shaky
So I wanted to find out from you guys if I can just do the diet without exercising?
And how many kilograms did you guys lose ?
So far I’ve lost two
I really want to lose 10kg by the end of it all

I have been tempted to try this for a while because I’ve heard good things. I’m definitely a cool-undertoned girl and worry about products making me look grey or yellow. Because I’m quite pale, a colour difference between body and face is even more noticeable.

And, like you, I also have a phobia of trying out new foundations because I’m terrified of a bad skin reaction.

This was the first primer I ever bought (2 years ago) because I was curious and it was an affordable risk to take. And because I’d heard that primer was the thing I was missing from my makeup application process. I love this product. It’s smooth, not greasy (which for us oilier girls is an issue), it’s light and improved the quality of my makeup.

Big big fan 🙂 since then I have tried 2 others – Nyx Studio Perfect Photo-Loving Primer (purple product) and the Wet n Wild Coverall Primer. I love them all, but I think my fave is still the Maybelline Baby Skin 🙂
