I hope the week is going alright :-). Like i said in my last post i have this love for foundation that’s fascinating, I wonder if there is a medical term for makeup junkies ? I always used to walk into the Mac store in the hopes of buying foundation and I would always walk out without one coz of the price, what, I can be stingy too you know!!! Then mummy dearest did best and bought me one, well I promised I would pay her back but I managed to get away with it so, phew !!!
The Mac Studio Fluid the most luxurious, ‘glamorous’, most expensive foundation that I own. I love it, every time I use it, I feel so proud that I finally “bought” one. My foundation collection has been growing and I am pleased to have the change to review a foundation that many, and now me, love and rave about.
When I purchased the Mac Studio Fix Fluid Foundation R380 if you still remember my Mac Haul I promised to review this foundation and I am finally getting around to doing it. So did I like it ? Is it worth the price ? does it last ? What kind of coverage does it offer?
These are all good questions so grab and glass of detox water and lets chat !!!
The Studio Fix Fluid SPF15 ‘s PACKAGING in my opinion is my opinion both elegant and fancy. The SPF15 foundation comes in a 30ml glass bottle with gold lettering. The foundation doesn’t come with a pump which is a bummer because as you all know I’m not a fan of foundations like that. I find it wasteful and a tad unhygienic but because of the quality of the product I am willing to overlook that.
FORMULA AND TEXTURE
The Studio Fix Fluid combines a natural matte finish and medium, buildable coverage with broad spectrum UVA/UVB SPF 15 protection. Its applies, builds and blends easily and evenly. It doesn’t work miracles but I have to say that I was super pleased with MAC’s Studio Fix Fluid. I’m in the shade NC50 and the coverage and longevity of this foundation is an absolute delight. Although it tends to oxidize, I give it a full 8 hour lasting effect on a good day. It works for me plus I love its creamy texture.
MAC’s Studio Fix Fluid foundation provides comfortable and long-wearing satisfaction. It does not feel too heavy on the skin and it doesn’t cake up which will allow you to build it from medium to full coverage. The foundation seems to help minimize the appearance of pores and imperfections, giving skin a smoother, more flawless look and finish. I never have to worry about my spots or scars showing (not that I worry) but if you do then this is the foundation for you.
If you are looking for a foundation to add to your collection then I highly recommend buying MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation. You can buy it from any MAC store nation wide or their Mac counters on Edgars!
Have you tried the Mac Studio Fix Fluid? What was your experience with it ?
