If you know me, you know smoothie bowls are my absolute favorite thing to eat, I know some might think they aren’t that different to smoothies themselves and if you are one of those people then you are right. Smoothie bowls are just thicker versions you can eat with a spoon like porridge 😂😂 .
I made a blueberry smoothie bowl for breakfast this morning and if I’m being honest I was not following a recipes. I was just throwing in ingredients I had available in the house, I was feeling too tired (after my gym session) and too lazy to go shopping and I guess it’s true that laziness is the mother of invention because the smoothie I put together is the v12 of blueberry smoothie.
The blueberry smoothie bowl was rich, creamy, delicious and healthy. I was full and happy by the time I was done and as usual you guys came to mind and I thought I would share the recipe with my fellow NKB Healthstars.
2% Milk (because that’s the lowest Ill go with milk, anything lower is coloured water)
Half small avocado
Tablespoon Herbalife Protein Powder
I am alright having my smoothie this way, if you like or enjoy sweet stuff add honey. You can add whatever fruits fruits you want to the top I just added strawberry, pineapple and sunflower seeds.
